My name is Abigail Woltering. I am a summer graduate from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. I transferred to FIU with interests in anthropology, public health, and forensic science. Quickly after transferring to FIU I became involved in the Global Learning Medallion (GLM) program through joining GlobeMed FIU. Through my participation in the GLM program, I have expanded my global perspective and awareness. After graduation I will be attending medical school and I look forward to applying the skills and knowledge I have gained through this program to my future career in medicine.
